Lauren, boasting five years of licensed massage therapist experience, graduated from the Myotherapy College of Utah in 2018, driven by her passion for facilitating healing. With extensive knowledge of various modalities, she now focuses on Deep Tissue Massage, particularly valuable for athletes of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. Beyond aiding muscle growth by alleviating soreness and fatigue, Lauren's expertise extends to addressing chronic pain, enhancing mobility, and promoting overall bodily wellness.
